Clinics
BATHEASTON near BATH: I see people at my home in Batheaston which is a few miles outside of the city of Bath. Here, I have step-free and wheelchair access if required. Parking is free and directly outside the house or on the drive.
ONLINE AND TELEPHONE: For people who cannot always make the clinic times, I conduct consultations by telephone and online (via Zoom, Facetime, Skype, WhatsApp) on Saturday mornings and in the evenings.
WORLDWIDE: Increasingly I am conducting consultations by telephone and online for clients who live in other countries. However, because posting remedies to some countries is slow and difficult, clients must source their own remedies from pharmacies that are local to them.

Cancelling appointments
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice or unfortunately I will need to charge a cancellation fee to cover my costs.
The Consultation
In order to get a picture of you as a whole, unique person, you are given plenty of time and space during the consultation to discuss your health, how you experience your illness and how it impacts on your life. I will not only be interested in your current complaints but also your medical and life history, any worries you have, your lifestyle, hobbies and interests. Everything you tell me during the consultation is completely confidential.
The first consultation can take up to an hour and a half and about one hour for children. Subsequent appointments are usually made at six weekly intervals and last between 30-45 minutes to give time to assess your progress. The number of appointments you need depends on how long you have had your health problem. A good rule of thumb is that you will need one month of treatment for every year you have had your illness symptoms. So, if you’ve been unwell for 5 years, you can expect to have five or six consultations over a period of around 6 months. Usually, people feel an improvement in how they feel soon after beginning treatment.
